3. Fees & Payment

Unless otherwise stated, fees quoted may exclude applicable taxes, official or government fees, disbursements, third-party charges and other expenses.

Making payment does not constitute acceptance of an engagement unless the engagement has otherwise been accepted by IP Gennesis.

4. Refund Policy

All fees paid to IP Gennesis are generally non-refundable once we have commenced work or incurred costs in connection with the services requested.

Official or government fees, disbursements and third-party charges that have already been paid or committed are non-refundable.

​

Where a payment has been made in error, duplicated, or where we are unable to provide the agreed services, a refund may be considered upon written request.

Any refund is subject to our review and approval and may be reduced by any work already performed, costs incurred, official fees paid or committed, and applicable administrative or payment processing charges.

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method, where practicable.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Intellectual property searches, applications, registrations, prosecutions, oppositions, enforcement actions and other related matters may involve decisions by government authorities, registries, courts and other third parties.

Accordingly, IP Gennesis does not guarantee the registration, approval or success of any application, proceeding or matter.

Any search conducted by us is based on the information and databases available at the relevant time and cannot guarantee that no conflicting rights, applications or other relevant matters exist.
