Our vision is to protect innovation. We believe innovation should be encouraged and rewarded through comprehensive IP protection and commercialization. To achieve this, we work closely with our clients to understand their business model and formulate effective strategies.
It is our mission to provide simple, strategised, trustworthy IP solutions, so that our clients could focus on innovations and leave the IP protection with us.
Since our establishment in 2013, we have successfully protected and commercialized our clients’ IP from various industries in more than 60 countries and the number is still growing.

Catherine commenced her IP practice since 2009 in one of the largest IP firms in Malaysia.
​
She is now overseeing all the IP prosecutions in the firm. She advises clients from various industries including e-commerce, retail, fashion and apparel, retail, manufacturing, food and beverages, cosmetics and many more, on registration of patent, trademark, copyright and industrial design in Malaysia and overseas.

Sherleen has more than 10 years’ experience in IP, especially patent drafting and prosecution in Malaysia and overseas.

Throughout her years of practice in leading IP firms in Malaysia, she has handled inventions from wide area of fields, including chemistry, software, electronic, engineering, oil & gas and many more. She is also expert in formulating IP strategies particularly prosecution, commercialization, licensing and technology transfer.

Sarah started her career in IP soon after completing her Master of Laws. Prior to joining the firm, Sarah had the opportunity to build her career in IP with an ASEAN-focused IP firm where she was exposed to various IP matters while dealing with a global portfolio of clients, both locally and internationally.

She currently manages the firm’s IP portfolio for clients from various industries. She is also involved in all other aspects of IP protection such as conducting searches, IP prosecution, providing IP advice, drafting commercial legal documents and dealing with contentious matters.

Graduated with 1st Class Honour in communication and broadcasting and frequent awardee of the Dean List of University Putra Malaysia (UPM), Wei Jun is ambitious in raising IP awareness in the business and inventor community.

As a registered trademark agent, she advises clients on procedures and strategy of IP prosecution in Malaysia and overseas. She actively shares her IP knowledge through publishing journals and organizing seminars and webinars on patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other areas of IP.

Vee Vien first joined the firm as an intern in 2019, where she developed an early interest in the mechanics of brand protection and creative rights. She later built her professional foundation as an IP paralegal in a full-serviced law firm in Kuala Lumpur, supporting trademark, copyright, patent, and enforcement matters. Over the years, she gained substantial exposure to the practical application of IP strategies across varied industries.

Rejoining the firm in 2025, she brings a fresh, proactive mindset and a strong interest in IP developments, pop culture, and the business of branding. She looks forward to supporting clients and contributing to the firm’s continued growth.
