WHO CAN APPLY

Any natural or legal person.


HOW LONG TO REGISTER

6 to 8 months from filing up until issuance of certificate, provided it is a smooth process, without any office action or opposition.

  1. Full name & address of applicant (Company/ Individual)

  2. Softcopy of trademark in high resolution

  3. List of goods and services under the trademark

Thanks for putting this together. It's super helpful! Trademark registration in Singapore is something many new business owners know they should do, but it is often delayed, so it's great to see the process explained clearly and digestibly.
