WHO CAN APPLY
Any person who is a bona fide proprietor of a mark, including incorporated and unincorporated body.
HOW LONG TO REGISTER
12 to 18 months from filing up until issuance of certificate, provided it is a smooth process, without any office action or opposition.

Full name & address of applicant (Company/ Individual)
Company registration certificate (If applicant is company)
Applicant's IC or Passport (If applicant is individual)
Softcopy of trademark in high resolution
List of goods and services under the trademark
